Where is the Platzhirsch located?
Right on the southern end of the promenade and shopping street in Mayrhofen and only 1 minute reach from Ahorn- and Penkenbahn.
The next grocery store is only 3 minutes away (200 m)! 

When can I check in to my apartment?
Between 3:00 and 6:00 pm. If you arrive earlier or later, we ask that you let us know. 

How long can I stay in my apartment on departure day?
We ask that you check out by 10 am. 

Is there a place where I can store my luggage on my arrival and departure day?
You are welcome to store your luggage with us with an early arrival or later departure. 

How does the Internet work in the apartment?
We offer free high speed Internet and WLAN. 

Is there a smart TV?
Yes, there is a modern flat-screen TV with smart functions in the living room/kitchen combo in all rooms.  

Is there an e-charging station?
There is a charging station for electric cars (credit card) directly in the underground car park.

Where can I store my skis?
We have our own ski storage room available to you.

Do you have a children's bed?
We will be happy to provide one.

Can I smoke in the apartment?
All apartments are non-smoking apartments - smoking is allowed on balconies. 

Can I bring my pet?
Pets of any kind are not allowed due to hygienic reasons. 

Do I have to make a deposit and what are the cancellation conditions?
Deposit (50%) within 7 days after the booking is completed and payment of the remaining outstanding amount until 7 days before arrival at the latest. 

When must the remaining balance be paid? 
Up to 4 days prior to arrival by means of credit card or transfer. 

How far away is the lift?
Both the Penken lift and Ahorn lift are only a 1-minute walk away - right around the corner. 

Where is the nearest ski rental?
Both of the nearest ski rentals are located right in our hotel. 

Where is the nearest ski school?
The nearest ski school office is located right in our hotel. 

Is there a free parking area?
Yes, a free underground parking garage is available right at the Platzhirsch. The underground car park is 2.30 meters high.

How far away is the nearest grocery store?
Sparmarkt Eder is 200 m away, and M-Preis is 700 m away.

Are there restaurants nearby?
Many restaurants are located nearby such as Gasthaus Brücke, Joggl’s Cafe-Restaurant in Hotel Viktoria, Gasthof Perauer, Mount Everest, etc. where you can enjoy a delicious meal.

Is there an opportunity to eat breakfast or a half-board meal nearby?
Yes, you are welcome to enjoy breakfast and dinner at both of our neighbors "Gasthaus Brücke" and "Hotel Viktoria".

How far away are the shops if I would like to go on a shopping trip?
Right outside the door. We are located right on the southern end of the shopping street. 

Where is the nearest fitness center?
Only a 2-minute walk away, you can exercise and get in shape in the fitness center. 

Is there an opportunity to swim?
The Erlebnisbad Mayrhofen with indoor pool, outdoor pool, and sauna is 800 m from us.  

Is there an ice skating rink?
You can reach the ice skating rink and ice stock court in 500 m. 

Is there an opportunity to play tennis?
4 clay courts are 400 m away. A modern indoor tennis court is located in Zell am Ziller, 8 km away.

Is there a doctor nearby?
The nearest general practitioner is only 90 meters away.
