Booking conditions
Check-in
You can check in to your apartment at 3:00 pm on your arrival day. You are also welcome to arrive earlier, change clothes, and store your luggage.
Cuisine
Breakfast and dinner are possible at our neighboring hotels Gasthaus Brücke & Hotel Viktoria.
Deposit
50% within 7 days after the booking is completed and payment of the remaining outstanding amount until 7 days before arrival at the latest.
Security deposit
You don't have to pay a security deposit, but we reserve the right to charge for any possible damages that are caused.
Cancellations conditions according to Austrian hotel regulations:
Cancellation sounds unpleasant and it is - for you and us! In general, cancellations of reservations are accepted only in written form. We ask for your understanding that we charge the following for booked arrangements: up to 3 months (90 days) prior to arrival no cancellation costs, 3 months to 1 month (90 to 31 days) prior to arrival we charge 40% of the entire arranged price, 1 month to 1 week (30 to 7 days) prior to arrival we charge 70% of the entire arranged price, and in the last week (6 days to 1 day) we charge 90% of the entire arranged price. For no-shows without a cancellation or without giving reasons, we charge 100% of the entire price! We recommend travel cancellation insurance such as Europäische Reiseversicherung
